Cubesmart is very involved in every aspect of their business. The systems they use are pretty easy to learn.

Cons

Being told during a performance review that the whole company gets a three percent raise, but they stick a handful of you with 1% Seems like management may get a bonus with how little they give out to their team. Management does not support when it's really needed
