      You get paid and are able to feed your family.

      Cons

      They dont value you as an employee or as they say teammate. You can work so hard to your bone and not care. You can go the extra 10 thousand miles and HR will just side with DM's. No one in this company cares for you.

      Teammate/Family feel Great training with multiple resources and people to reach out to. Good health benefits. Employee Benefits. Vacation Time. On site living for some teammates. Consistent schedule and day time hours. Bonuses A very socially conscious and caring company. You can use several paid hours a year to volunteer and they offer a yearly donation match to specific charities.

      Depending on location and number of stores in your area, store coverage can be difficult to find if sick or taking time off.
