Pros

This company is growing so fast, there is many opportunities to grow your career. They provide full time positions with great benefits. They give u a chance to make decisions that best fit the business and not be micromanaged every step of the way. Upper management is also very easy to talk to and understanding. They always have their employees best interest in mind. I have promoted 3 times in the last 6 years

Cons

Raises can be better but they are pretty competitive with other companies and give raises yearly

Poor pay, Management demands too much for poor pay, company is growing and CEO lets employees know all the time but is stingy with raises or to pay for any maintenance (they expect store “managers” to do everything from shoveling snow to repairing leaks)

Pros

A very good company to work for overall. A bit behind the times with policies on PTO, flex hours, working from home, etc. Leadership are good people who really care about the employees. Growth has been very rapid, creating a lot of opportunities. The headquarters is a nice building to work in. They have a lot of little extra perks and like to have fun. Most of the employees are great people who fit the culture very well.

Cons

The rapid growth is good, but has some downsides. Nearly everyone is overworked. They can't hire people fast enough in many departments. The systems, processes, policies and in some cases, leadership, aren't sufficient for a company of this size. In many ways, it still operates like a small company, which is nice sometimes, but not conducive to operating at the size they have attained.
