Ive been working for CubeSmart for Approx. 6 months. Its one of the best jobs ive had so far, and will be very sad to leave. You get alot of free reign being a manager here to solve customer issues, so you dont have to run to the District Manager all the time to solve things. Its Laid Back but, also extremely professional.

They swear they only promote from within but hired a GM with no experience over me twice Upper management (above store level) aren't the most professional They expect you to con people into paying fees "Store manager" is a title to make you feel good about your position but "retail associate" is on every application
