      cubesmart is a great place to work I Enjoy training new employees, I like having weekly meeting with my team. I create an end of month report and share all the numbers with my team in order for us to continue improving our number's

      i feel the company dont give recognition to the Gm's and their team for turning the number's around,example is when I took over the current store i'm in the number were not in a good area, a/r were over 12% rentals were below budget square feet was low in one year the a/r dropped to 2% rentals are always above budget square foot was 47% currently is at 73%
