They treat long term employees horribly. District managers seem to have obvious favorites in their districts. You are graded on metrics that you literally have no control over (customer reviews and customers downloading the mobile app). There is no incentive to go above and beyond the daily tasks required because it will not be reflected in your yearly pay raise. If you are a female at the company, you'll be treated like a second class citizen.

They expect too much for a little pay. Unrealistic and unreasonable rules and demands. Upper management was not at all concerned about any physical limitations, mental health, or overall wellbeing. The GMs and DMs do some beyond questionable, immoral, and illegal things and they never have to answer for them.
