      Pros

      Pay for the area is good. Working with the public. You meet different types of people which make it interesting.Training is good. Benefits are good. Easy work not hard to learn. Some stores have good GM's I would recommend those stores to work at.

      Cons

      Do not allow relatives to work together especially if they are under that person, it makes for a conflict of interest. No accountability when co-workers do not do their job. Computers constantly going in and out of internet. No coverage when short.

      The work hours 9:30-6:00 it not to early the insurance is ok and not too expensive

      Cons

      Your going to work 2 days by yourself this place is not setup for any type of out of work emergency because it's only 2 ppl at each location and there is no back up plan if one of you gets sick or can't make it to work the pay is very low for all of the things you have to do I don't feel safe dealing with crazy customers by myself and they know which days you are alone when ppl transfer from other districts they paint a different picture of what working for cubesmart is like the districts on the easy coast treat their employees better
