Working at CubeSmart is a great career. You are always learning things no matter what your title is. A typical day is some office work, on the computer. Checking the property for move outs and cleanliness. Taking care of new Customers that walk in and rent and also the ones that move in online contactless. The culture is very welcoming; any teammate company wide is willing to help you as needed. The district manager, divisional vice president, and corporate are always helpful and friendly. I'd say the hardest part of the job is cleaning cubes outside when it gets above 90 degrees but you do have time for breaks as needed. The most enjoyable part of working here is being on your own basically, you are running a store and property with one other person usually, sometimes 2, and as long as you do what needs done you are trusted to keep the store running. It's a lot of responsibility but overall it does help you grow as a person.
