      Great hours, challenging, good employees, good benefits, easy work environment, minimal supervision, pay is low for the amount of work you do.

      Cons

      Stressful, difficult customers, untimely managing from above, difficult training, having to sell customers belongings, not enough employees, covering stores, scheduling.

      Almost 10 years experience in the Self Storage industry. I'm dependable, punctual and provide excellent customer service.

      Cons

      To much work put on employees, it was hard to concentrate on the duties of GM.
