Family orientated, benefits are great, great knowledge of storage and training,

Cons

no room for advancement, drama in Brett Hoffman Georgia district, don't hire within unless are have to be very cool with others you cant just know your k=job and come to work happy you have to be in the circle they want you to e in .

Set days off, no long hours, paid sick day and PTO..

Cons

Favoritism.. If your not a brown noser your not going to be moving up. Some General Manager think they don't have to do anything. DM will move u around if they want to get ride of you. They will leave you homeless if the owner pulls out of the contract when they know you have kids with you.
