      Pros

      I joined CubeSmart 5 years ago and enjoy coming to work each day. The company makes a strong effort to improve the quality of life of its teammates and the home office is a nice place to work. Overall people try to treat each other with respect and there is opportunity for those that work hard.

      Cons

      Commute can be painful from the city or any distance on 202.

      Pretty good work/life balance. Not many companies close early on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and close New Years Day.

      Cons

      If you do not fit into their "type" you will be pushed out. There is a huge amount of favoritism.
