It's a real easy job if you stay on top of everything . The pay is also good

We have to do our own mantainence and it is difficult at times . You are alone a lot.

The benefits are reasonable. If you are on the chosen ones that are given preferred stock its a great perk.

Cons

Nobody wants to speak up but everyone is talking with one another about how the company and culture has changed for the worse. Executives are viewed as bullies. Your encouraged to ask questions but then you are viewed as a troublemaker or negative. There are certain executives that are downright mean and nasty and find pleasure in being that way. Running by fear is only creating more tension and causing the negativity.
