CubeSmart is a great company to work for. All the teammates work together to help each other. When you do a great job there bis always someone there to give you praise. If you aren't sure what to do there is always someone that will help you find the answer.

Cons

The only draw back is sometimes you have to deal with very difficult customers. But that happens in any customer service job.

No room for advancement, I was transferred 3 times without warning, the hours were horrible.

you get to work by yourself, and have the freedom to set plannograms by yourself

Cons

there has been 4 dms since i got hired 10 months ago, and each one is worst then the last. There is a lot of gossip in the distirict and there is a lot of shady people working there that should not have jobs.
