It’s a job and you get paid!

Cons

This company states that it values its employees and offer great customer service! Reality is you are over worked and under paid! They force you to sell insurance to customer which in 99.9% of the time the incidents are not covered! The store team has to deal with angry customers! They offer jobs stating that it’s light maintenance and cleaning units after customer move outs. In reality you are pumping water out of a building, cleaning up rodent infested units, etc.. with no support! If you are not part of a clique then you are a target!
