      Good work life balance Benefits is...”Okay” Depending on who you work with the job can be fun Fun district meetings twice a year

      Cons

      They should really make us a janitor instead of a store manager cause we’re cleaning 75% of the time..... Some General Managers act like they’re your boss but their NOT!! Pay could be better

      Teammate/Family feel Great training with multiple resources and people to reach out to. Good health benefits. Employee Benefits. Vacation Time. On site living for some teammates. Consistent schedule and day time hours. Bonuses A very socially conscious and caring company. You can use several paid hours a year to volunteer and they offer a yearly donation match to specific charities.

      Cons

      Depending on location and number of stores in your area, store coverage can be difficult to find if sick or taking time off.

      Pros

      This company is growing so fast, there is many opportunities to grow your career. They provide full time positions with great benefits. They give u a chance to make decisions that best fit the business and not be micromanaged every step of the way. Upper management is also very easy to talk to and understanding. They always have their employees best interest in mind. I have promoted 3 times in the last 6 years

      Cons

      Raises can be better but they are pretty competitive with other companies and give raises yearly
