Pros
CubeSmart has many positive qualities, and have been an amazing company to work for. A few of the reasons I have enjoyed my time are: People, I have a great team of peers and leaders I work with. If I need help they are quick to jump in and help and I have no problem retuning the favor. Leaderships, within the last 10+ years I have work at different levels in the organization. While each leader is different their standards were consistent. Work life balance, off for the holidays, able to make it to my children activities. No late nights or weekends.
Cons
There are always ups and downs throughout the years however, my experience has been positive.
