      Pros

      Some cities have nice new buildings Cube SMart manages. They DON"T own most of the locations. They are a bean counting REIT....

      Cons

      Lack of concern for new hires. lack of followup and training track. Moves you to other cities to work. Takes away the team at the location and expects you to do the work or 2 or 3 people for less than $16 per hour.
