Pros
Senior leadership genuinely cares about the culture and the way teammates interract with eachother and the job duties. Must be a self motivated multitasker. The culture that they talk about in interview does not fall flat, everyone seems to work as a cohesive team and there's not a toxic corporate culture where people are looking for any opportunity to see you fail. Very refreshing.
Cons
Pay could always be better, but honestly for what is expected it's okay. Benefits are also just okay. PTO is antiquated and desperately needs to be updated.
