Not much, ok benefits and paid time off, other than that it's just a bad company. 9 years of my life for a company that just threw me away like I was yesterday's trash, if your not in the district click then you are not important, you get grief from all around you, customers angry at you for everything that you can't control, upper management will not get anything fixed no matter what, then you have to take the blame when customers complain, then when bosses come around you get in trouble for those things that they won't fix, they don't care if you are working alone day in and day out, upper management walk around with a I'm better than you attitude, 9 years ago I would have recommended this company to anyone, today I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
