      Enjoyable, low stress and sometimes too slow

      Laid-back atmosphere, Simple job, not overly fast paced

      Cons

      Pay started at a little over $13 per hr. Raises are given on yearly review and the amount is very miniscule. No one in upper management is on the same page. It takes months to have any issues with property to get fixed/repaired.

      Decent benefits, great 401k match, great HSA match.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Terrible communications between upper management and store associates. Very little room to move within the company. Expected to be on call during access hours.
