Pros

If you have an once of self respect, please look else where. Good dental insurance.

Cons

Do not ignore the red flags. This is not a safe working environment. Work will follow you home, on weekends, and on vacation. Require that all disputes related to employment including claims for discrimination, abuse and harassment be resolved in private arbitration, rather than in a courtroom. However, when issues were brought up to upper management, no effort or action was taken. When issues were brought up to HR, no effort or action was taken to resolve the problem, instead they boasted how they received free CCP Virus testing kits.

Pros

Fast paced work environment, no micromanagement, if leadership trusted you, they will give you lots of authorization with little supervision. Granted, that you have proven to be an efficient worker

Cons

They expect you to wear a lot of different department hats. Was a community manager for what felt like 3 years, was actually 2 years. Time worked very differently at Cubework because of how fast paced it was. The owner is a screaming, sexist toddler that has no idea how to talk to people. Horror stories of their behavior for firing people left and right "to send a message" to upper management is BONKERS and mind-blowing and completely unethical. Turn around rate was so high because no one got paid enough to do all the work they were expected to do. The the other chief officer in the company has no clue how her company is turning but likes to act like their employees don't exist in front of them. Was let go with no reason to find out the company is restructuring to find employees that can do everything across different departments for way less pay. These job listings are over 2 months old. Not surprised no one wants to stick around or apply. They are looking to over work people and pay them nothing. This company was not so bad when I first started back in 2021. But gradually got better then took the worst turn at the start of 2023 and fell off the map in its lunacy after they let me go.

Pros

Good dental insurance. Nice coworkers.

Cons

They understaff and have you work the roles of MULTIPLE positions from multiple departments. I worked in sales, however was asked to do a lot of operations tasks as well. When my sales numbers dropped due to being overwhelmed with work from the operations side, I was brought in for a talk about my performance. I expressed my concerns and was told "this is cubework, hang in there and get your sales numbers up". I quit shortly after.
