Loved the Company ... Leadership was Awful

Pros

The company was great, they really tried to bring people together as a family. The Unlimited PTO helped keep from burn out. And the travel, even though not destination locations, was still a great experience.

Cons

The leadership was not great, it was awful. When you experienced an issue or a problem, you were almost afraid to ask for help from your leaders due to them being annoyed or blaming you for the problem. It would make working through tough situation even more stressful because you felt like you did not have support from you team and your leader. Overall, working for them was not a pleasure
