Pros

The company is very keen on making sure that you are sustained as a person as far as your needs go individually, not blending work and home life too much, unlimited PTO where possible.

Cons

The company seems to be slow at making decisions, or just hesitant. Pay across the board tends to be below market averages.

Pros

The ENTIRE Team at CUBEX, are some of the best, and brightest. Literally, some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. I enjoy the daily interactions, their company, and friendships. CUBEX is a place that will challenge you, and develop you. You must come in with a humble attitude. That is the best and only way to engage here. I have witnessed the team here go above and beyond for their colleagues, personally & professionally. 100% paid insurance after you 2 years, 401k match, and the benefits go on and on. No company is perfect, but this one is trying really, really, really hard, to improve, and get better. I can appreciate that so much more than a company who is not complacent.

Cons

Nothing is perfect, maybe just grow at a sustainable rate where we can build infrastructure at the same time we gain accounts. The growth has been so explosive, it is hard to do that.
