      Unorganised teams Micromanagement happens a lot Some of the on-site people are really rude And never respects Indian teammates

      Good work life balance, good good team spirit. Good pay with perks which are better than average.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects can be forced through the door very last minute. Top down decisions are made by American management staff which make no sense for the European market.
