Nepotism, not great pay until you get very high in the organization, older management needs to go as they are not trying to help the company anymore but just keep their fat salary coming in

I was able to get projects completed I had a decent boss I really liked the people I directly worked with I had a great life to work balance.......but many employees don't, especially field workers
