United Nations. The only pro I could think about is the location.

Cons

-Terrible communication along the team -Passive aggressive communication in all levels -Toxic environment -No training. Usual answer from upper-level management "figure it out" -No team work

most job are 5 day a week, nights and weekends off

the pay you make when you start the job, is basically all you will ever make. Most reviews come with a 3 percent raise, across the board.
