Pros

The schedule i guest M-F 6;30 til 3 with the weekends off is great for people who wish to enjoy the weekend

Cons

The schedule taking up the middle hours of the day make things difficult scheduling appointments and interviews outside of work. The time off accrued slowly Sick time and PTO leaving you stressed when it comes to taking days off. Most account appropriate sole by the book and doesn't allow for tweeks or chances that would save money or make things more efficient. Lastly the majority of associates if not all the ones i communicated with have taking the initiative to grow with the company by taking additional manager in training programs. these associated been with the company 10 plus years and remain in their current role and never shifting.
