Pros

Some healthy staff makes it bearable

Cons

Only hires homosexuals, major dei problems, servers make 50$ if they’re lucky, too many bartenders scheduled, hr is a big problem we lost so much staff they let you go if you’re not buttkissing. Make more hourly at McDonald’s.

Pros

- clean environment - structured/corporate - delicious food, easy to sell

Cons

- management picks favorites and your sections are based on that - 4 table sections - lots of campers - you don’t make much in tips for how long the shift is - side work usually can take up to 2 hours after your cut to complete - not everyone has good work ethic so you have to pick up for many people’s slack - lots of turnover
