Pros

My coworkers were hilarious. I laughed to keep from crying.

Cons

The restaurant refuses to change with the times. They overstaff and make employees fight like wild animals for hours. They honor tenure over talent. The management is full of power-hungry and under-qualified people. Staff morale is very low. Guests can be expected to wait an hour for some dishes. Extremely corporate. They prioritize profits over people. HR doesn’t set proper standards for sexual misconduct.
