Disappointing

Pros

When it’s busy the money is great and the food is delicious

Cons

Training teaches excellence in everything and the training was tough which is normally good however it made culture strict and uptight even if you were doing great at your job there’s always something management could find or group you in with lower preforming employees and complain about. No one was ever happy at work at either locations i was apart of. Chef & server relationships were usually tense and not the best. Side work was a lot and unorganized
