      Pros

      Good money for the job you do managers are pretty great and the other employees are easy to get a lobby with.

      Cons

      Hard to move up to server they like hiring from outside for servers over people that have been there for years.

      Management treats you like a number

      There is a lot of money to be made. Discounts at other fox restaurants

      Cons

      Staff and managers are unwelcoming to new employees. Make a simple mistake that could easily be worked on? You’ll be demoted or fired. Management sees you as replaceable and will 100% believe the customer over their employee. Favoritism.
