Terrible environment

Pros

Good earnings potential, great general manager, cool menu

Cons

Managers fraternize with servers and create an environment that promotes drama, favoritism and insubordination. Managers are disrespectful. Don’t see the servers, bussers, or bartenders as humans and instead see them as work horses. Will over work you until you make a mistake and then punish you for it.

Pros

Great exposure to higher customer service standards.

Cons

Management covered for a male manager sexually harassing the younger female staff. Pretty much everyone that works there needs an attitude check. Was hired on and promised full-time hours, only given part-time hours. Anytime I brought it up I was gaslit.
