Pros

Managers really care about the guest's experience and company as a hole. Always do what they can to help you.

Cons

Tons of favoritism. People who have worked there the longest always get the best shifts no matter how hard you work as a new employee. If you haven't worked there for at least 2 years you don't really matter.
