Pros

Job in general was enjoyable

Cons

Staff does not care about how toxic and dangerous the work environment is for female employees. You can literally report getting cornered in the walk in ON CAMERA and the perpetrator will get a promotion.

No opportunities for growth

Pros

Great teamwork among some employees, opportunities for decent money, easy to get days and shifts off or covered.

Cons

Lack of discipline for employees who harass or berate other employees. Hard work in 100-degree+ temperatures in Phoenix with no breaks. (Don't ever come in to a shift expecting to get a break.) Favoritism is rampant and seems to have no rhyme or reason. Some veteran employees get great opportunities while others of the same talent and stature do not. White males get the best treatment, full stop ( and yes white latinos are still white) Way too many employees, leading to short hours. Hiring used to be based on experience and now is seemingly based on youth and looks. Some servers are empowered to throw fits and get their way while others get fired for making the wrong face. Shady business practices to cut corners. Virtually no benefits for part-time employees and using PTO is not encouraged. Black and other people of color are passed up for employment often.
