Pros

There’s always work to do, so time will pass quickly. Nice co-workers and supervisor. Upper management will have consideration for you if you put in the extra effort.

Cons

It’s a service company, so expect to work half of the federal holidays many other companies honor and close. There’s medical insurance, that’s all.

Pros

Health Insurance, PTO and other benefits are great.

Cons

Poor management. The ones who are loyal get the shaft. Management will tell you something and it will never come to fruition and they wont acknowledge it.
