Pros
There are some really great, super talented individuals within the different business units at Cultura that you can learn a lot from.
Cons
Leadership is not open or even remotely approachable. Sexism is ignored and the company pretends to value culture and its people. I never realized just how bad the lack of company culture and employee appreciation was until I left. Certain individuals are given too much power and nothing is retracted until it is too late. There is nothing progressive about the work environment, which is utterly disappointing since this is a tech company. Pay and promotion are behind the times which only enhances how undervalued employees are that truly work themselves into the ground. In my opinion, the remaining handful of wonderful individuals (both in and out of leadership positions) are only still there out of sheer dedication to the ag industry or just too close to retirement to want to look elsewhere.
