Pros

The company invests is initiatives for staff wellbeing and training. They provide a brilliant annual team day and Christmas Party. They also provide an annual bonus and the option to buy and/or sell annual leave. The dress code is casual and all refreshments are provided. The management empower staff to work with autonomy.

Cons

Inconsistencies in pay between departments which does not always appear a fair reflection of work. It would depend on which department you worked in and how well you negotiated your starting salary

Only focused on the bottom line... people are not a valuable asset

Pros

A small organization, many are long-term employees, has a family-oriented feel.

Cons

No career development, stay in your lane, salaries are below market with little incentives. Absent CEO, not interested in engaging with employees unless you have an acquisition deal in the works. COO micromanages everything.

Fantastic opportunities to learn and grow. Really supportive and empowering culture where you can lead on exciting pieces of work that make a real difference to our customers. Working in a business that is a market leader in this software is really motivating!

Cons

Growing business there is lots to do but that makes it exciting and gives lots of opportunity to learn
