Pros

Nicely stocked Kitchen, including beer and wine... Covered Garage for bad weather days. Pay is in the reasonable range.

Cons

No one talks to each other in the office. One person will only communicate by email with their counterparts. So strange.

Pros

Pay scale is determined per position held. No matter if you are good or not.

Cons

CG ruined what Inici and PlanB had established. Poor Management. Whispers behind closed doors, degrading and false gossip and no support of work life balance. Reputation in Portland is now tarnished, so many clients refuse to work with CG because of poor experiences due to negative management from the Seattle and San Francisco offices. Minimal support getting new projects while expectations for project managers to work outside of being 100% billable on their projects to go get work through business development. (Essentially working for free to make the rich get richer and those of us doing the work get little in return for their efforts). If you aren't there because of the have golden handcuffs, you are just a number being exploited and thrown under the bus to make management look good and bring leadership more money.
