      I've been with Cumming Group for 9 years, and it's the best company I've ever worked for. The team is incredible, and I wouldn't be where I am in my career without this company. There's ample opportunity for growth if you take the initiative. I feel valued, respected, and heard here. I highly recommend working at Cumming Group!

      Encourages longevity within the company. Accepting personnel of all walks of life. Numerous locations throughout US and some parts of the UK/EU. Client and Team Member focused. Promotes internal growth and development.

      Cons

      Used to feel like a small family firm where everyone mattered. Now with the increased growth and merging of additional firms this feels less the case.
