Cons

Lack of transparency and compliance with state laws regarding pa transparency, lack of consistency between local management and corporate management, no consistency between offices throughout the company, lack of corporate standards to be used widespread

I started working at CG back in January of 2023. Since then, I have learned a lot from very knowledgeable team members. I haven't worked with such a great group of people in my career until I started working at CG. The culture and overall mission really help motivate me to continue to excel in the company. This has been the best position and role I have held in my 11 year professional career.
