Pros

The Pros of being employed by Cumming Group. 1. Tremendous number of resources available 2. Great support from other team members. 3. Capacity to grow is phenomenal. 4. Upper management is supporting a tremendous portfolio while still attempting to support its leaders at all levels.

Cons

The Cons of being employed by Cumming Group. 1. Company is healthy but can get sick. ie underlying issues can be passed over and not addressed. 2. Support on issues based on a weight value for the corporation more than the individual impact. ie individual issues may not get addressed in a timely manner causing turmoil and possible employee turnover.

Cons

Benefits could be a bit better. Vaca and sick rather than combined PTO.

Pros

Complete autonomous work style without any mentoring, management, or leadership. The company is growing (mainly because of M&A rather than actual organic growth. Don't associate with with company unless you are B-class talent.

Cons

Been with the company for 5 years and they have been slowly dismantled and gutted by their owners - a private equity firm. Be careful working for this company. I was recently laid off w/o notice or severance. They never paid out the full bonus even though they will ask you to work long work weeks. They do not pay out expense payments. Health benefits are so bad.
