Salary is fair, surrouded by hard-working intelligent colleagues.

Cons

There is zero loyalty; which explains the eroding talent. Close to zero diversity; they hire just enough minority talent to appear progressive but practically all upper management are comprised of old white males.

We have the resources of a large company, but function with a lot of regional autonomy, which cultivates an entrepreneurial vibe. It is relatively easy to advance if you perform. Good staff appreciation events and support programs.

Cons

Work loads can be heavy.
