Pretty Decent

Pros

Diversity. Opportunity to switch functions. Flexible schedule. Focus on decarbonization in power technology industry. The CEO is a female engineer, and she is super down to earth and genuine. Corporate Responsibility.

Cons

Pay should be better for this field. In order to get meaningful salary increases, one has to quit, wait a year, and the re-hire. They also RIF every couple years, which I hate.
