      Your Peers will do anything at anytime to help you out.

      Cons

      Sub-Market pay; Top Managers have no idea what they are doing; Employee suggestions to save / make money fall on deaf ears; If you are on commission, Cummins Atlantic pricing is so high that you'll either not get new customers or lose the one's you've got. Now that Cummins Atlantic is merging with Cummins, there is - SADLY - no change in how business (external or internal) is conducted. Excellence is not rewarded.

      CMI is a great place to work and develop. Everything is organized. Career path and rotational programs are excellent way to build and develop your career. Training and developmental tools along with full time dedicated educators are available. Six sigma training and career path training are a few of the examples.

      Cons

      Salaries of internal promotions are not competitive to the external job offers.
