      Under name of diversity, discrimination is predominant. Subjective work culture, based on personal skills of employee. As in rest of nation, seniors are biased towards person from their own community/region. Lots of saying, lesser logical work, more presentations and lesser reality Understanding of Goal/aim/Vision/mission different on different lever of management Operation integrity executed is lesser than displayed. Authority not as per Employee Grade ( until General manager)
