Pros

Moderate work load. Decent compensation. Profit sharing

Cons

Very bad performance review system. Cummins uses a bottom 10% separation policy. Exempt Employees get ranked based on the degree of his/her manager's political horsepower and/or relations with the manager. This can be very discouraging.

Pros

Great place to work. They are flexible with time off if needed. Knowledge sharing is abundant which is good in such a fast pace environment. If your performance is good you will be rewarded for it. Overall i would say that it is great place to work.

Cons

Just the typical "corporate" things that go with a large company.

Pros

Good to outstanding performance is generally rewarded as long as you are also patient and easy to work with. The company is committed to ethical behavior and diversity and seems to walk the talk. Diversity is good, but you first have to be top notch. The company seems to do a good job at attracting both the talent and the diversity.

Cons

Very United States, Columbus Indiana centric. Although leaders are working to change this, it is hard to get things done unless you are in Columbus or have good relationships with people in Columbus.
