Pros

Flexible schedules Great Salary Lots of Diversity

Cons

Do not stick by mission and/or values Management lacking in communication Management very contradictory Lots of politics and plenty of "playing favorites" Management deflects blame from themselves onto the employees below them even when management is clearly at fault Lacking in adequate training/mentoring for new hires Only care about bottom lines, not about employee development or growth

Pros

Descent balance of work/family life. Good technology, but disconnected from sourcing and manufacturing teams

Cons

Forced Ranking arbitrarily administered. Rankings overruled based on feelings and political gamesmanship in evaluation meetings. Lack of truthfulness in feedback given to be fed back to reports. Integrity of leadership suspect as all work pits workers against workers and has resulted in some mysteriously sabotaged projects. Sr. Managers missed key market indicators on the up and now the down side of the business. Currently running 40% of capacity, while last year we were being pushed to grow capacity 25%. Benefits are weak and pay is below top level. Highly PC with discriminatory policies against certain groups. White boys need not apply.

Pros

None, But they have diversity and inclusion. Company let’s it’s white employees that they are part of the problem.

Cons

No work life balance. Random pay cuts and re-organizations that never gets settled. Management continuously lies. You never get your pay raise when the company decides to delay them and bonuses are never reflective of the profitability and work you turn in. Constantly working more than 55 to 65 hours a week with an unmanageable workload. Computers that don’t work systems and tools that are Wayover complicated and take ours an hours of work to complete a single task. No workflow or support to do the multitude of jobs needed to complete your work, you’re on your own. Too many legacy tools that are still in use nothing is integrated or automated.
