Too Political. Good old boys club still exists. (Senior Leaders) Too focused on diversity which leads to discrimination of some who would be considered non-minority employees

Cons

Culture of leaders being incapable of aligning on most fundamental strategies and sticking to them through execution. Constantly changing priorities with local plants, BU's always fighting change.

MONEY IS OKAY BUT NOT WORTH THE TORTURE!!!

Cons

Way over loaded with work. Terribly stressful. No support structure. Held accountable for things that I have no control over. Ranking system is terrible.
