      *They provide tools for personal development *Some departments have hybrid schedules *Many of our holiday weekends are 4 days long *Many corporate festivities *PTO is fair your first 4 years but after 5 it's great!

      Cons

      *Health Insurance can be pricey compared to previous employers *Process between departments can create gaps in communication *Work/life balances for the Commercial team can be tough at times *Compensation can be better

      Pros

      Cupertino’s leaders work really hard to lead with positivity and enthusiasm. We have excellent benefits and fun company events which keep the daily grind balanced and fun. The company has embraced a development culture and really help all employees reach their full potential and provide fair guidance along the way.

      Cons

      Although it’s not Cupertino’s responsibility, the surrounding neighborhood near the headquarters is very uncomfortable with the amount of homelessness outside the parking lot gates.
