The company has given great time and resources to train employees. They respect people's time and offer fair PTO and benefits. Supportive environment that encourages growth and feedback.

Cons

Cupertino is a large company which means dealing with a fair amount of HR sort of trainings that go widely unused by most after the training is done.

The company experienced massive growth over the last few years and can be a disorganized as whole. Processes and structure are constantly changing year to year.
